About the same really.Nuian (double effect and length of your blessing after being temple rezzed (it's harder for people to camp the GYs since Nuian's comeback much stronger for a while after dying), slightly faster build times (helps out a little during sieges)) and Firran (reduced fall damage (you can drop off your glider and gank someone slightly easier then other races), and climb slightly faster (HIGHLY situational with almost no practical application)) have the most useful PvP bonuses. Though they're EXTREMELY minor. The elves can just swim slightly faster and hold their breath a little longer, and the Harani gather slightly faster and halve the cooldown on their Return ability (hearthstone).I find the Harani to be the most PVE friendly of the 4 races. That return spam saves you quite a few teleport stones in the long run, and speed counts when you're fighting over a node-gather.Elves are pretty nice if you intend to do a lot of sea exploration or piracy. Anyone can get underwater treasures, Elves can just potentially hold their breath 20 seconds longer and swim 10% faster after all other bonuses are considered.
(The Air-pack from a ship, and Dive Helm both increase underwater breathing time (10 minutes for the pack, 1 minute for the helm), and the Swim fins increase swim speed by 30%).Harani do make the best farmers/ranchers though, without question, though in the greater scheme of things it really doesn't matter that much. (the biggest perk is stealing gathering/ore/lumber nodes from Firran gatherers in the wild). IMO, the Recall cooldown is the best racial of the whole bunch, if you pick a good spot recall to, in terms of time-saved.The Nuian bonus is the most leveling friendly, since it allows you to bounce back quickly if you happen to die.
